Summary: Woke up in the morning to take a shower and there was NO HOT water. Front desk told us the whole hotel was without hot water.

Summary: The hot tub is giant and the pool is very nice! Breakfast is good as well. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes and all the other normal stuff you get at a hotel breakfast. The staff is always great here as well. Won’t stay anywhere else when we are in the area.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was always accommodating and considerate. The only slight issue was the washing machine was a bit complicated to use in that it didn't take change and an app was needed for use then it didn't work properly. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay in every regard. I used the gym, jacuzzi and front desk even provided board games for us to play.

Summary: We love staying here when we have our Grandkids! The pool is indoor/outdoor, which the kids love! The rooms are always clean, good breakfast. Close eating places. Staff is always very Friendly.

Summary: It was very clean and I loved the ambiance it had an indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. The front desk was great and the bar made a delicious pizza and were very friendly. We met people ther that were pleasant and we had an overall positive experience. It was fun.

Summary: Not so good. Expanded King room was boring and oddly laid out. TVs didn't work, phone didn't work, shower was pathetic. All the other spaces were really nice. On one night, rowdy kids were allowed to crash bell carts into the walls of the hallway at 2am and set off the fire alarm. To their credit, the hotel worked with Hotels.com and I got a 1 night, of 4, refund. Breakfast was acceptable since it was free. Pool was closed but that was probably a blessing. Probably just bad timing on our part.

Summary: Overall nice place with very good prices. Had one minor issue being the tv remote. Within 5 minutes staff fixed the issue and also gave me the scoop on some good places to eat with me not being local. I will definitely be staying there next time im in town.

Summary: Pool was not working-- the water was green. Hot tub looked ok- but was afraid to try it given condition of pool. Also, front lobby coffee station used to have a nice plumbed in Keurig - but no longer. Seems do seem to be degrading at this hotel. My room was fine. Workout room ceiling had large water stain.
